Our Apricot Kernels are extracted from hand-picked apricots and carefully dried to preserve their natural oils and bioactive compounds. They offer a distinctive flavour that balances nutty sweetness with a mild bitterness, and are rich in healthy fats, protein, vitamin B17 (amygdalin), and magnesium. Commonly consumed as a snack, pressed for oil, or ground into pastes for culinary use, they are a deeply valued part of Baltistani food culture.
